Baby massage

 loving hands massage

Babies thrive on touch; the more you touch them, the better they will grow, sleep better, and be more content. The connection you build with your baby when you give a massage is priceless. The precious moments of you and your baby with eye contact and skin-to-skin contact (scientifically proven to help babies with their overall health) benefit the baby, level up your oxytocin, and build a special connection with your child.

When you rub your baby's body with good-quality oil and loving hands, it feels like exercise to the baby, so it relieves tension in their body. This makes them calmer, eat better, induce their appetite, sleep better at night, and can also help with colic.

I have many years of experience massaging babies and teaching baby massage to parents. I incorporate my knowledge of acupressure to give you more benefits and help you target the issue your baby is struggling with so you can work at home with your massage.

How much does it cost?

For a group course of 5 and up, I charge $130$ per family for a session of 4 meetings of 1.5 hours each.

Each meeting we will first go through the theory, and then you will practice with your baby.

For an individual, I'm charging 180$ for a 2-hour lesson.
