Baby Massage Workshop
Babies thrive on touch, and the more you engage in gentle, loving contact with your little one, the more they will flourish. Baby massage is a beautiful way to support your baby’s growth, improve their sleep, and enhance their overall contentment. The connection you create during a massage—through eye contact, skin-to-skin contact, and nurturing touch—has a profound impact on your baby's well-being. Scientifically proven to benefit babies' health, this bonding time boosts oxytocin for both you and your baby, fostering a special, lasting connection.
When you massage your baby with high-quality oils and loving hands, it not only helps soothe them but also provides a form of gentle exercise that relieves tension and promotes relaxation. This can improve their digestion, help with colic, stimulate their appetite, and encourage better sleep patterns, especially at night.
With many years of experience in both baby massage and teaching parents, I bring a unique approach to my workshops by integrating acupressure techniques. These tools allow you to target specific areas of concern for your baby, helping you provide focused care at home.
Join me for a workshop where you’ll learn how to give your baby the gift of touch, nurture their well-being, and build a deep, loving connection that will benefit both of you.
How much does it cost?
For a group course of 5 and up, I charge $130$ per family for a session of 4 meetings of 1.5 hours each.
Each meeting we will first go through the theory, and then you will practice with your baby.
If you like to organize and host a meeting at your house, I will give the hosting family a discount on the course.
For an individual, I'm charging 180$ for a 2-hour lesson.
