Birth and Postpartum Doula,
Shiatsu, Reiki

Hello, I’m Asnat — a certified Doula, Shiatsu therapist, and Reiki master, and a mother of five (including twins). With over 20 years of experience, I’ve walked alongside women and families on their journey into parenthood through pregnancy, birth, and the tender early days of postpartum.
My work is rooted in deep respect for the wisdom of the body and the emotional landscape of becoming a parent. After completing a three-year degree in Shiatsu therapy and a year of immersive doula training, including hospital-based clinical practice, I knew this path was my calling.
As a mother myself, I’ve lived through the full spectrum of birth—hospital deliveries, home births, and the unique experience of birthing twins. These experiences taught me how powerful, vulnerable, and transformational birth can be. They also deepened my passion for helping women feel seen, supported, and confident in their own strength.
Alongside hands-on birth support, I offer postpartum doula care to help families find balance and confidence in the early weeks with a newborn. This includes emotional support, guidance with feeding and recovery, care for the mother’s wellbeing, and practical help to create a calmer home environment. My goal is to ease the transition so parents can focus on bonding and healing, while knowing they are not alone.
I also provide Shiatsu and Reiki treatments tailored to the changing needs of pregnancy, birth recovery, and beyond. These therapeutic practices help reduce stress, relieve discomfort, and restore energy during a time of profound physical and emotional change.
My mission is simple: to create a space where you feel safe, held, and empowered, no matter where you are on your journey — pregnancy, birth, or postpartum. I’m here to support you with heart, skill, and presence.

Throughout this website, I use female-centered language to reflect the physiology of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery, and to honor the female body, which is central to my work and training.
At the same time, I deeply respect and welcome members of the transgender and gender-diverse community. All clients are met with care, dignity, and respect, and I am committed to offering compassionate, inclusive support to anyone seeking my services.
If you have specific preferences around language or care, I welcome open conversation so I can support you in a way that feels safe, respectful, and affirming.
