Who am I?

Hello. My name is Osnat. I’m a certified Doula, Shiatsu therapist, and Reiki master with over 20 years of experience supporting women through their journeys of pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond.

After completing my three-year Shiatsu degree and a year of Doula training, which included hands-on work in a hospital maternity ward, I began working with expectant mothers, guiding them through gentle and empowering birth experiences. My goal has always been to help women navigate the challenges of pregnancy and motherhood with confidence, compassion, and support.

As a mother of five, two of whom are twins, I understand firsthand the joys and struggles of parenting. I am deeply passionate about helping mothers connect to their inner strength and achieve the best birth experience possible. In addition to my work as a Doula and therapist, I also enjoy harvesting medicinal plants and crafting herbal-infused oils, salves, body butter, and balms to soothe various aches, dry skin, and irritations.
